The farm is located in a very quiet and privileged location and offers a wonderful view of the sea on the horizon, in the photos and the video it is not perfectly appreciated because the leaves of the palm trees were uncut for more than two years and for that reason it covers a large part of the view of the sea. It has a lot of privacy and access is by paved road.
This Villa is Mediterranean in style with a large roof terrace and a pleasant garden that surrounds the entire contour of the house.
It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a spacious living room with a fireplace.
Due to its central heating and large storage area, the house is very suitable as a residence for the whole year. For hot summer days there is air conditioning. Nearby is a pool area (optional), which can be used for an annual fee.

Cala Anguila – Cala Mendia is located on the east coast of the Spanish island of Mallorca. Just five kilometers away is the small port town of Porto Cristo. Here you can visit the famous stalactite caves, where concerts are regularly held on the Llac Martel, the largest underground lake in Europe. There is also the interesting old town of Porto Cristo with historical buildings and a beautiful natural port where you can enjoy its emblematic bars and restaurants next to the fishing port.
